Ah~~ This was fun to do! This artwork was actually more focused on The Dead Nurse more than Heather (plus I was sick when I drew her) haha :D

I used quite alot of reference since I've never drawn the background from scratch :B

Done in Photoshop CS 2 in... 10 hours below?
